Our team is chaired and led by Janet, Founder El Mieles. She is a life coach who is driven by transforming people’s lives. Janet has worked in various companies and has come to realize that organizations continue to neglect their employees yet they are the company’s biggest asset. She has worked as a manager and when she shifted her focus and paid more attention to her staff, she began to see change and improvement in the work done.
